Return Policy
Defective or damaged products:
If you received a product that isn’t working correctly or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Email us at howdy@funhouse.kiwi with your order number, a photo of the product, and a detailed description of the issue, and we’ll refund your order. We cannot guarantee a replacement will be available but will be happy to let you know if/when that product will be restocked.
You’ll be emailed a prepaid shipping label once we verify your return details. The product must be returned in the condition it was received in within 10 days of receiving the shipping label. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund once we receive the return.
Unopened Items:
Changed your mind? We accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Please email us at howdy@funhouse.kiwi within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the item, we’ll issue store credit for the product price.
Opened Items:
We cannot accept returns on opened items since we can’t resell used items. We’d rather see you use it than have it go to waste. Please make sure to confirm your cart before submitting your order. We are not able to cancel or change any orders after they have been placed.
